Is my sponsorship tax-deductible? +
Yes. Chalk It Up Booster Club is a registered Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your sponsorship is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive an automatic IRS-compliant receipt from Zeffy at the time of payment. Our EIN is 93-4653664.
When does the sponsorship year run? +
This page covers the 2026–27 competitive season, which runs June 1 through May 31. Sponsorships are season-specific and do not auto-renew. To keep your logo on next season's banner, you'll need to sponsor again for that season.
I sponsored last season. Do I need to sign up again? +
Yes. Each sponsorship covers one competitive season. Past sponsors who'd like their logo on the 2026–27 season banner will need to renew their sponsorship at the tier of their choice. Thank you for your continued support!
Can I sponsor a specific gymnast or team? +
No. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Chalk It Up Booster Club cannot direct sponsorships or donations to an individual athlete. Every sponsorship supports the booster club as a whole and benefits the entire competitive team, which is also what keeps your contribution tax-deductible.
Where will my logo appear? +
At minimum, on the sponsor wall at chalkitupbooster.org for the full season, on the season banner displayed inside Intensity Gymnastics, plus a social media shoutout announcing your sponsorship. Gold and Platinum sponsors also get their logo printed on the athlete team t-shirt. See the tier benefits above for details.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo, handled securely through Zeffy, our payment processor.
Can my sponsorship be matched by my employer? +
Many employers match charitable contributions. Check with your HR department. We're happy to provide any documentation your employer's matching gift program needs.
